Wine selection for dinner.?

4 people having dinner. One orders Steak. 2cnd, fish, 3rd pork chops, 4th, shrimp and grits. What wine would you suggest for the table?

If you need one wine for all four dishes, you might go with a light red Burgundy. Maybe a Beaujolais.
As Chauncey says, Burgundy would be a good choice. Another idea would be Nero d’Avola. Like Burgundy, it’s a light red wine that is very food friendly and can be a good match for a wide variety of dishes.
