Is Valpolicella, Metodo Ripasso (Cantina Valpantena, Falasco) a good red wine?

Planning a dinner party and have huge wine selection – help. Looking ideally to spend roughly 30GBP a bottle – no more. I know I could go for the Amarone or Barollo – but little too pricey. Any suggestions?

Valpolicella wines are excellent choices and i like the fruitiness of the taste of the wine also.
